I called 3 times, emailed and then called back again. I will say that it got cold so they were overwhelmed with phone calls. Then two guys come and they were crass and a bit rude. There was no problem with the tub and I got a bill for $125 for literally nothing. It's a bummer because the tub I bought from them can only be serviced by them. Years of frustration.

We bought our coyote spa from arctic spas about 9 months ago. Ever since then we have had to replace 6 speakers. They warranty them but takes about a month to get them in and replace them. They are not getting to the root of the problem. And now they are telling us to just get outside speakers. Why did we pay extra for speakers when they tell us to just have portable speakers? This is terrible service and product.
