I had to get a new mother board and a pump which is so frustrating after having just put a new one in 5 yrs ago. If it had not been November with water in the tub I would have just left it. When I used it, there was one pump that seemed to be not working. The jets would not work on the one side. I came to the shop to report it and someone was going to go back out and look at it but that was almost 2 weeks ago. The technician was kind and knowledgeable. I would like a trouble-free winter

Once I had a chance to speak with someone in service my service was resolved nicely. But it took quite a while to actually speak with someone. I left 3 messages and never had a call back.

The service man came when no one was here and left without saying what he did. Our Sauna still doesn't work, but I'm hoping he'll return with a part or something to fix it.

Received comment back that cover and lock still in transit.

The technician was great, but the technology is apparently pretty flakey
