Spa Heat would only get to 99 degrees.

Called on Friday and reported that my spa wouldn’t get to full temp. They said they would send someone on Monday. When I got home after work that night the repairs had been completed but I had no knowledge that this was the case because my spa temp. was still at 80 deg. where I last set it. I decided to set the temp. to max to test it and it quickly proved to be fixed! I’m very pleased with the efficiency of the repairs but wish I would have received a voice message or text stating that the work had been completed. I initially called that evening and left a voice message to complain because I was under the impression that the work had not been done but then called back when I found that it had.

Good service

We bought our hot tub about a month ago. The sales people were great, the delivery guys were great. The reason we can't give them 5 stars is due to the issues we had with the hot tub. From the start the lights didn't work, then the first time we tried to use it one of the pumps wasn't working. But to. Artics credit they were on top of fixing things. Their service guy came out first thing Monday morning and fixed the pump, he also happened to have the part needed to fix our lights and he took care of that as well. So far the hot tub has been fantastic, let's just hope the hot tub doesn't habe any more issues

Spa Repair

Two times we ordered repairs we did not hear back on scheduling the repair unti we called the second time to get help.it was three weeks the first time and over two the second time .we wonder if we ever would have heard from you?? Actual repair was ok. Dale Janes

Tech fixed the issue and

Tech fixed the issue and hot tub has been working great! however I had my boyfriend who happens to be an electrician be there incase they needed access to anything. He had to deal with some verbal abuse from the tech. Apparently it was a fuse in my hot tub and the tech felt the need to throw several insults saying my electrician boyfriend wasn’t smart enough to work on hot tubs and figure it out. I didn’t even ask my boyfriend to look at it, I paid for the hot tub and the warranty to go with it, No need for the arrogance and insults, just do your job.
