Ordered a bundle. 1 product was out of stock and I was told it would be a 2 week delay. During these two weeks another product was out of stock. I waited over 2 months to receive my order. I asked for a replacement in the meantime of another product. They politely declined and said it was normal and they couldn't control whether the filters are in or not. I do not believe this is good customer service. I would have liked to receive a voucher or a different replacement filter.

The delivery was great. And supported. But the filter is extremely slow and not working after just 6 days

I need an IMMEDIATE refund !!!! At least 80 percent would be appropriate !!!! But the Lady Said no . I don’t find this good . The Water is good with This Filter BUT the Filter leaks . I do need a Refund !! Or at least 80 percent . !! Please send this to the correct person !! Thnx

Teleurgesteld omdat op de website stond dat op voorraad en na betaling kreeg ik een mail met het fait dat ik beide 2,5 manden moet wachten tot ik ontvangen heb. Dit is voor de deerde keer bij mij gebeurt. Dus teleurgesteld. En bij (under the sink) er is geen mogelijkheid om te zien wanneer een filter moet vernieuwd worden. . . . . . .

Initially it seemed to work good but now after not even 9 months of using it it doesn’t work at all. Despite having done all descaling processes and changed countless filters, it doesn’t filter almost anything. It’s a shame, I’ll ask for a refund if I don’t t find a solution.
