I must admit I am

I must admit I am quite disappointed with Aquatru and the filter system. The filters ran out much earlier than expected (less than 5 months vs the advertised 1 year on the VOC) meaning a significant increase in the originally communicated cost of water filtration using this product. The use on the filters was below average so advertising that the VOC filter lasts 1 year is a gross exaggeration and I’ve communicated that this should be changed. In addition the filters are not recyclable, which is also quite disappointing as someone who is conscious of our impact on the environment. Initially I was happy with my purchase of the carafe but this has significantly impacted my satisfaction and willingness to recommend Aquatru products in future.

So far it was very

So far it was very good. But when I replaced the new filter the quality of water is the same as tab water. Aquatru said they are not going to replace the cartridge. So all my investment into their machine + filters is lost now. It stands on my desk and I am not using it. And it was very good before filter change. I was very happy. Now it's useless. I am not going to buy another filter. Better tell the story to everyone else so they think twice before buying.

My machine broke after two weeks. I called the phone number and left a message and no one has called me back.

As before. Poor customer service.

As before. Poor customer service. Had to chase after replacement osmosis filters were not delivered after a month. Told they were due back in in 2-3 weeks, chased again and another logistics excuse. Offered free delivery with next order, or that they could send their lesser (cheaper) product to replace the reverse osmosis product bundle ordered. Suggested they should really be sending this for free to allow us to use our filter while we continued to wait for what we had ordered. Offered free delivery with next offer. Disgusted after waiting already 6-7 weeks and still further excuses. Products eventually turned up after 3? months. Customer services even suggested we could continue to use the existing 'expired' filters, inspite of the red replacement lights being on, when research shows this is more dangerous for the health than just drinking regular tap water. Really disappointed in this company. When investing in such technology to improve health this is really not the answer or customer service one expects.
