The products are very good but it seems that every time I send an email or a message to customer service, they never reply so basically I’m not happy

We ordered these filters on December 12th, 2024. They finally arrived in March, 2025! Very unhappy about the number of emails it took to finally get the problem sorted, the wasted money buying bottled water for MONTHS and the amount of plastic rubbish that generated - my council doesn't properly recycle plastic water bottles. . . they burn them, damaging the environment. We were close to throwing out our £400 AquaTru machine and getting a new one from a rival osmotic filter company.

Service and support are horrible.
