So far it was very good. But when I replaced the new filter the quality of water is the same as tab water. Aquatru said they are not going to replace the cartridge. So all my investment into their machine + filters is lost now. It stands on my desk and I am not using it. And it was very good before filter change. I was very happy. Now it's useless. I am not going to buy another filter. Better tell the story to everyone else so they think twice before buying.

The worst service ever, with the worst customer service and shipping service.

I would never go back to this company ever again, what aquatrue machine broke when it was just a year old and customer service totally wasting my time and efforts trying to resolve the issues I had with it.

I am still waiting for my refund to be processed.
