I ordered carrafe by mistake and I needed help with the returns process and refund.

And it took an extra few weeks to come other than that brilliant

Downside was I messaged customer service and no reply when I chased delivery!

Buying the item was confusing. I tried to get an additional discount by completing an online survey. That appears to have been in the eu site and I didn’t appear to be able to use it in the uk site. Annoying. I tried several times slightly differently to achieve the extra discount to no avail. However, the delay meant I got a better overall discount as prices apparently changed for the Black Friday itself.
