I had to return the

I had to return the product because it was not suitable for my hard water. 14 days and still no refund. It takes them a few days to reply to my emails. They said that because of "Black Friday", it may take longer due to the number of orders and limited staff. But when I tried to call before ordering, the automatic message said they went for a "team building retreat". So they are expecting more orders on Black Friday, but decided to go for a retreat. This may be one of the worst customer services I have ever had to deal with.

I’ve had a very poor

I’ve had a very poor experience with this order. I had to chase multiple times just to get my items dispatched, and when the order finally arrived, items were missing. I then had to follow up repeatedly because I received no timely response. A customer shouldn’t have to put in so much effort simply to receive what they’ve paid for. They shipped out the missing items however, they should have issued a refund as a gesture of good will. Very disappointing service.
