I had to return the product because it was not suitable for my hard water. 14 days and still no refund. It takes them a few days to reply to my emails. They said that because of "Black Friday", it may take longer due to the number of orders and limited staff. But when I tried to call before ordering, the automatic message said they went for a "team building retreat". So they are expecting more orders on Black Friday, but decided to go for a retreat. This may be one of the worst customer services I have ever had to deal with.
