Great item but pricey to keep buying

One of my better purchases. So nice to have drinkable water at the push of a button. The system arrived not long after ordering. I was surprised it came so quickly and everything included. Easy to use and set up with super b results. I couldn’t find much to compare with this unit for countertop filtration an I’m glad now that I couldn’t. I would recommend this unit all day long

So far it was very good. But when I replaced the new filter the quality of water is the same as tab water. Aquatru said they are not going to replace the cartridge. So all my investment into their machine + filters is lost now. It stands on my desk and I am not using it. And it was very good before filter change. I was very happy. Now it's useless. I am not going to buy another filter. Better tell the story to everyone else so they think twice before buying.

I am still waiting for my refund to be processed.

I had to return the product because it was not suitable for my hard water. 14 days and still no refund. It takes them a few days to reply to my emails. They said that because of "Black Friday", it may take longer due to the number of orders and limited staff. But when I tried to call before ordering, the automatic message said they went for a "team building retreat". So they are expecting more orders on Black Friday, but decided to go for a retreat. This may be one of the worst customer services I have ever had to deal with.
