Terrible service and prices

No communication regarding my claim

I started auto insurance coverage with your company a couple of months ago. Unfortunately, I was involved in a serious accident a few weeks after starting this coverage. I was found to be 100% liable for the accident because I was coming out of a private property. Even though the high schooler that was speeding around the blind corner, I was still found at fault. The most ridiculous part that frustrates me the most is the ya'll are replacing his car so he can go and hurt someone else. I, on the other hand, was left on my own in finding a replacement vehicle. I'm totally disappointed in the adjusters finding. I will be switching insurance companies as soon as possible. I have other medical issues to deal with right now.
