I’ve been paying for coverage, and was told that instead of just dropping one car because it’s in my dads name that is deceased that they are dropping all of our cars. Now I’m left to find new insurance at the last minute for all of our cars.

My girlfriend bought me a car and i got insurance on it in my name because i am the only one who drives it. They decided when i got into an accident that wasnt my fault that they wouldn't give me my coverage because the car wasnt in my name. Worst insurance experience i have EVER had to deal with. Will tell everyone i know to steer clear of them

Overrated!!

1 star because the purchasing process was horrible because of one employee. I received a quote the day before. I called in to make payment on quote. The lady was trying to make me redo everything. I refused. She then told me that just because I was mad I still had to answer her questions. I called back and got the same lady 3 different times. I waited for a call from a supervisor. The supervisor apologized and advised that everything was in the notes and I should have only been asked to verify a couple of things to confirm my identity.
