I purchased 2 Inden-ya products on Dec. 12th and paid the extra for 3 day Air Express. I have not heard form your company and haven't been able to track my order. It is still not here. Dec 18th.

Please improve your check out procedure.

Your rep was very prompt and courteous. However your website was not so easy to navigate. I tried to open an account before I ordered, and thought that I did, but didn't. After placing my order, I tried to check out, but there was no clear indication of where to go next. I took me several times to check out successfully. Comparing to other website, this was not one of the best. It would be most helpful if there was a clear path leading the customer what to do next. Thank you. Shirley Mangione

My queries were responded to

My queries were responded to in a friendly manner, but not particularly promptly, due to the MD being away at a promotion. I would suggest that people do not order using Guest Mode in case their order needs to be changed, as mine did, as it appears there are few people other than the MD responding to these queries. Additionally, as advised on the help page, there is no access to order status to see if it is in the shipping process or not. I was advised that my order would be shipped on Tuesday at the latest, but was not shipped for another couple of days after sending in an order query.
