I received an answer about a man's wallet. Not satisfactory at all for me.

I made an order, they sent a confirmation and took the money from my card, and then I received nothing and heard nothing for 5 weeks. After 3 weeks I sent an inquiry but still heard nothing for another two weeks. I thought my money had been stolen! Then they finally told me they were refunding the money because the product was unavailable. These things happen, but I would have appreciated being told what was going on much earlier. Not sure I will order again, even though the site has great products.

emailed you on september 19- my credit card company had stopped transaction because was foreign, to ask me if it was OK- said yes, please process. have not heard back from you if order processed yet and is going to ship to me. What is status of order? Thank you.
