Going on line, it showed that you carried Hantens. When I sent an email asking how I could place an order for two of them, your company sent back a response that you in fact don't carry them. It was confusing because you advertised that you have them and you came back and said you don't carry them? Thank you.

Mr. Nicolas Soergel was very helpful in answering all my questions although at the end, the product I was looking (Sakura) could not be delivered to the Narita Airport for me to pick up.

o received an answer very quick thx now will wait for my parcel could be an idea to mention the waiting time at otdering and mention that it has to be hand made so it need some patience
