No Communication

Unable to contact the customer service about order updates. No response to multiple emails. Still haven’t received any communication in return. Not sure where my package is or if it is even going to be delivered

Frustrating and Dissapointing

I got two suitcases , one was damaged and I can’t any response from Antler for over 10 days now ! I need it collected and I need a replacement asap .I have tried using the return portal and it does not recognise my order Number . I am really angry with the lack of service . I have sent daily emails no response !!

Terrible after service

Terrible customer service, never receive any response to emails regarding price discrepancy. I now want to return the suitcases and I cannot get an answer from anyone

Faulty suitcase provided and my request for replacement has been refused. Extremely long customer service wait times

Extremely disappointed in customer service - warranty is worthless don’t rely on it. My suitcase has a default in it where it becomes extremely hard to unzip. Contacted customer services who told me to do a warranty claim. I did this in November and only heard back in late December where they said they were not liable and couldn’t do anything about it. I replied to dispute this and say the product is faulty and have heard nothing ever since… avoid
