Expérience de retour décevante chez Antler

En tant que cliente chez Antler, je souhaite partager ma déception concernant mon expérience de retour. J'ai retourné deux articles valides, mais jusqu'à présent, je n'ai reçu ni information sur l'avancement de la livraison ni remboursement. Le processus de retour aurait dû être simple et transparent, mais malheureusement, ce n'est pas le cas dans cette situation. J'ai vérifié les informations de suivi, mais aucune mise à jour n'a été fournie. Je m'attends à un service client attentif, surtout lorsqu'il s'agit de retours. Malheureusement, la communication actuelle est insatisfaisante, et j'espère voir des actions rapides pour résoudre ce problème et obtenir le remboursement attendu. Une amélioration dans ce domaine est cruciale pour fidéliser les clientes, et j'espère que cette situation sera résolue rapidement.

Poor Customer Service

Worst customer service ever. Ordered item in early November. Never arrived after weeks waiting and no updates. They sent money back despite saying we still wanted item. Had to purchase again, pay 10% extra & still have not received our purchase.

I paid for 2 items

I paid for 2 items which cost almost 280€. I was told I would receive a tracking number on despatch. Never received tracking number. Sent several emails…no reply. Got a reply from Instagram message. Told me they would resend as seems to be lost, and would receive tracking number when reorder was despatched… strangely have not received any despatch confirmation… will be looking for a refund before too much longer… first order paid for 24 November … this was supposed to be a Christmas present… should have gone to tk maxx…

I have not received my

I have not received my order dated already 2 weeks I have not received any information from DPD, the shipping company. no tracking number I have not received any answers to my claims from your Customer Service. So far very unsatisfied

Have to send the suitcase

Have to send the suitcase back, as it was too small. This was app. 3-4weeks ago, but until now I didn’t receive the refund. Very poor!
