Unfortunately, the colors are too dull for the room I purchased the rug for. How do I return it?

I ordered a throw pillow which did not match my furniture and I decided to return it. A $26. 00 handling fee for a $34. 00 pillow? I will never again chance buying anything from Annie Selke.

I was shipped a used rug. The rug was shipped in a box with the Annie Selke ribbon thrown inside. Typically a rug is shipped mew and rolled. This rug had clearly been used, returned and reshipped. Not acceptable to pay full price in such an item.

Bait and Switch discounts. Purchased 3 rolls of wallpaper using the New Customer code, it was removed from my cart when I purchased. Called customer service to ADD 2 more rolls and ask for the full discount to be reinstated after reviewing the confirmation. They refused to honor the discount, saying it was against policy. I purchased the 2 additional rolls and they gave me a small nominal discount on that purchase only

Hello: I am writing to indicate there is still an issue with the order I placed below. The package arrived today and it only contained 1 washcloth, not 2. My order was for 2 washcloths.
