Awful customer service, cheap merchandise, horrible return policy. Would not recommend.

A rug was delivered but it wasn’t the same size, color, or design as i ordered! HOW DARE YOU ASK ME ABOUT IT! You TELL ME ABOUT IT!

I like the pattern and wash ability but the rug was ripped when it arrived. I didn’t try to return because it is a big rug and I didn’t want to bother with doing that (just hit the rip under a chair instead) so I can’t speak to how the company would have dealt with. Maybe great!
