The shipping was really quick even though I don't necessarily mind if it takes longer, especially in these uncertain times. The website needs some improvement because for example, when I clicked on the tab that's called foundations, nothing came up. If I wanted to look at the foundations, I had to go under the what's new tab, which I thought was strange. Other than that, I had a pleasant experience.

Once I received my order, every thing was fine. It was a tad confusing, how it was going to be shipped to me. I thought by mail. as it's hard to get Loomis shipments here. Purolator is fine for shipping and also Canada Post.

La texture de l’ombre à paupière en crème est plutôt sèche, ce qui la rend difficile à appliquer. Le service, le colis et l’expédition sont impeccables.

The black liner keeps breaking. I wasn’t gonna do a review but Annabelle wont stop emailing me to do one so here it is. Quality was bad I’m very dissatisfied.
