Products were dried up, discarded most of them. Very mad about wasting my money.

I have had issues with these waterproof eye pencils of different colors many times. I was offered a $10 coupon for online use only. When I requested to receive a coupon for instore use, I was denied. After several attempts, and at my suggestion, I was sent a free eye pencil. From what I can gather, the free eye pencil was valued at less than $6. It was a real hassle. I am currently looking for another company for reasonably-priced retractable waterproof pencils.

I am upset that I had to pay return shipping.
