I received the breast pump within a week. I am very disappointed, I get no more milk than what I was getting with my other breast pump. Extremely huge and bulky and allot of parts to wash. It is slightly more comfortably on nipples but not worth the bulky parts. Waste of money

I was really disappointed that the smaller flange didn’t seem to be manufactured in a way that actually works with the rest of the pump. I got consultation and was told that the smaller flange is newly launched and that they’ll send me these new ones to test. This pump is unusable to me as my flange size doesn’t properly fit the pump pieces and they will not refund me because the package is unused but opened. Quite disappointing as I would expect this product to be well made. Instead, it has some ragged edges of hard plastic and the pieces are difficult to fit together. I was really looking forward to trying this product but it ended up just being a waste of money

Poor information on the Annabella

Shipping and packaging were great. Just not happy with this product.

The brand was too small. I am big chested. There's not enough suction for me. The flanges don't go small enough for me.
