I am an over supplier and thought this would be a great pump since it promotes getting 50% more milk output and it’s more like baby nursing. I tried this pump multiple times and could not get 1 drop of milk to come out. When contacting customer support, I was told the second I broke the seal I could not return it. Then the MAN on customer support told me he wanted to get on a video call so he could see the problem. This makes me HORRIBLY uncomfortable as how is he supposed to see the problem without watching me pump?! I’m also a seasoned pumper so I know I was doing it correctly…. Not rocket science. 10/10 DO NOT recommend unless you want to be board line sexually harassed by customer support and out almost $400. If I could give a negative rating-I would.
