I had no need to contact support as my first scope took care of helping me set-up my laptop app. The scope was brilliantly packaged and survived the X-mas transport. I've always wanted such a scope for my small lab and now I will be exploring with zeal!

So far, the shipping and communication on the purchase has been great. Not thrilled with the product at all though, so we shall see how the return process is.
