Very speedy delivery

As I mentioned in my previous review of the microscope itself, shipping was fast (and free!) and everything arrived in perfect condition thanks to the excellent packing done by AmScope. I also want to mention that when I placed the order I had a coupon for 10% off, but didn't see how to apply it during the order process and consequently it wasn't applied. I ordered over a weekend, but immediately emailed contact with AmScope about the situation. Monday morning I received a reply from "Steve" at AmScope saying the discount would be applied and I'd see a refund with a couple of days. Well in less than one day the refund came through. Now that is how customer service should work. Thank you Steve and AmScope!
