You have the BEST products, but the worst customer service!!! The left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing. We always have issues with our orders. They messed up so bad with our orders that we were given a 20% discount on our future 10 orders. Conveniently, the new system didn’t have that in the notes, which apparently not everyone has access to, so now we can’t get it. We have switched to another company for the other resin needs, but unfortunately, we can only use one kind from you. We would love to not have to look for other products, but your people are something else…

Looking for a different product to use.

Not at all as good as it was. It's yellowing is bad and hardness is slipping. And customer service has slipped quite a bit.

I havent purchased this in a long time. Why are you sending a review now? Even if the product was good, how would I remember a year later?
