I havent purchased this in a long time. Why are you sending a review now? Even if the product was good, how would I remember a year later?

My gallon arrived broken. I spoke with customer service extensively and they did not refund me or help me with my order. Trash.

Useless all dryer out .

Very unprofessional , let me down with so many stuff ups , when I tried to send the resin they sent to the wrong place, I was told no they weren’t going to do this,and the ladies words where have a nice life. I have always supported this company for years teaching but this was a kick in the guts
