Shipping services take too long to keep meat frozen;

Not good. The first order was thawed and did not include the promo burgers. The second order did not include what was ordered. At least we finally got the burgers.

Poor customer service during the transaction & shipping process.

Bad steak tough no taste

Shipping was poor. Promised reship didn't happen. It took too many calls to get my refund.
