Patties packed 2 per pack, unable to separate, just a blob o meat. Customer service was terrible, finally got a Supervisor to straighten out one of my problems after four days of messages and two e-mails, awful service, I am moving my beef buys to Good Ranchers Beef.

I did not like having to call and reach an individual live person to place order. In the past it was more automated, online access at the website.
