I was in contact with the support because one of download links had a failure.
The helpdesk said they have sent a new mail out 3 times but never recieved one of them even not on an alternative emailadress. But posted me a screenshot that i would have downloaded it 1 time but never did.
Why don't they fix the link directly in the account or send me the right link through the helpdesk? Maybe we can fix the problem on this way.

Horrible help with re-downloading packs
I asked three times for help re-downloading my packs, you guys responded but never actually fixed the problem. I probably won't ever buy anything off you guys again. Same with all my friends that produce.

Please quit emailing me. Seriously. Its very hard to listen to what your guys say with any credibility after they make fun of people. Its weird to think of how a video like that can even be put out there. The guy on the right of the screen is annoying and already hard to listen to. I'm not interested in your company. Everything you have I can get somewhere else.
