You asked for it!
Your site is terribly slow and extremely disorganized. Your prices change without notice (tech support explained that the vendor did it -- not an excuse! your name is on the door). Almost everything I've downloaded, purchased or free samples, was encrypted in some way. Trying to back them up was a nightmare. I had to go into the file properties and remove the encryption. Most of your collections are just a bunch of random videos thrown under the heading of 'Master Class'. That's just what I can think of off the top of my head. It's clear that you don't have it together either from an organizational/customer service perspective nor from a technical one. I want to like doing business with you, I really do. I sense that there's quite a bit of gold buried in the mess. But almost every interaction that I've had with the site has been difficult, time-consuming and frustrating.
