No care for customers

The entire ADSR site and their staff feel kinda messy and not serious at all. The support can't help you out with payment problems. Far too many of the tutorials/courses are very unprofessional and the 'tutors' don't seem to have any actual knowledge about sound design or mixing. The only reason for signing up to ADSR would be Echo Sound Works, he's awesome and deserves some recognition!

You asked for it!

Your site is terribly slow and extremely disorganized. Your prices change without notice (tech support explained that the vendor did it -- not an excuse! your name is on the door). Almost everything I've downloaded, purchased or free samples, was encrypted in some way. Trying to back them up was a nightmare. I had to go into the file properties and remove the encryption. Most of your collections are just a bunch of random videos thrown under the heading of 'Master Class'. That's just what I can think of off the top of my head. It's clear that you don't have it together either from an organizational/customer service perspective nor from a technical one. I want to like doing business with you, I really do. I sense that there's quite a bit of gold buried in the mess. But almost every interaction that I've had with the site has been difficult, time-consuming and frustrating. Thanks for the opportunity to give you feedback. If you'd like any help, I've owned my own software development company and built several web sites, including one for a TV show. I can probably help.

Customer service

Recently I have written several reviews for ADSR. Since then I have had a few terrible experiences. I spent $150 on Valentine's Day. Minutes later I realized I forgot to enter a 15% off coupon code. I immediately emailed ADSR. The response was ridiculous. They said that "we do not offer credits for missed coupons because they only reward customers who take advantage of the promotion". I don't know about you but that is not the way to treat a customs, especially it only being minutes after I placed the order. I then responded to the email but they never responded. So I created a new support ticket asking for the refund again and retrenched my customer service experience. Again no response. So then I made a new email and then used that email for yet another support ticket. They finally responded because I asked about the return policy. The associate referred me to his manager, and I have not received a response from the manager since. ADSR obviously does not care about customer service and I will be shopping with Idustry Sounds for now on.
