ADSR

There is an obvious disconnect between adsr sounds and courses. I've bounced back and forth between help. Searching is a joke. For example, here is a course on adsr sounds, "stabs and harmony": https://www.adsrsounds.com/product/courses/quantize-stabs-harmony/ I already have a trial, and it appears that this video (series) should be available. I've browsed and searched for Stabs and Harmony as well as the titles of individual chapters "Dub Stabs" "Inversions" "Fast Scales" etc. to no avail. There is little to no metadata, it's unclear whether the course should have files promised, I cannot go from video 2 to video 3 without going back, on and on. Basically using my trial to look at courses I want to purchase from the individual producers rather than subscribe. I currently would recommend people not waste their energy.

By checking the details of the video. Instead the reply said that since the video is too old, can't tell what track is that. How lame is that. :)

Did not provide a return for a product I cannot use within the grace period.

Not helpful, and not understanding to the customers problem. Instead of making the customer feel comfortable, they just placed the blame on the customer. Customer service needs to understand you can not talk to everyone in that matter.
