Upsetting
I ordered snake lasers, only maybe 10 sounds worked from the pack and the rest just came up as error messsges. The team was helpful, team sent me a video how to trouble shoot. It was an extensive process in which I didn't have time for. When I asked just to have a refund, as they promise a 30 day no questions asked full refund. It was a very difficult process to get them to give me the refund. They first said I couldn't have it, then they said store credit. So I had to keep pushing for the refund that they said they would give. This interaction has made me nervous about purchasing more products as I'm now worried if they'll even work and if they don't I'm nervous about dealing with customer service.
