at the moment I can't even log into watch or purchase anything. When I sent a support request was asked to contact a third party and I do not share my info with third parties. Not great customer service guys.

Its generally pretty good, only really annoying thing is that videos sometimes freeze, I doubt it's my machine cause Youtube, Vemo and other websites do not experience buffering issues.

Recently had issues downloading a producer pack, waisted most my evening with it trying to find out why it wasn't working, to then be told with a return email that there was an issue with adsr. And then told it was sistem problem, but no one thought to send a warning so no one waisted there time.

Before signing up every course is organized. After signing in everything is messed up. I can't find many of the courses like ZERO KID.

I like your products, but I now remember why I made a conscious effort to stop purchasing from you. Because once you get ahold of an email address, you go absolutely NUTS with the marketing. "Welcome to ADSR." "You left items in your basket." "General email…" "Quick! Grab a discount on your next purchase!" I mean, really folks, it’s insane. And it’s off-putting to the point where I don’t even want to purchase from you (which is why I stopped after my first purchase, years ago). Again, great products, but you’re so over-the-top with email that it makes me never want to purchase anything from you at all. Just being honest, since you asked.
