These are so great for travel! We always eat differently when we travel and my digestion slows way down. These allowed me to maintain healthy digestion and cut down on blaoting from all of the different foods I was eating. I plan to buy them every time I travel. I also love the variety in flavors!

Great alternative to coffee and much much better for you.

I've been using this for about a month now- I definitely have better energy levels and things are a easier in the bathroom. I mix mine in some apple squash which makes for a better flavour.
