Love this Nighttime complete. It helps my stomach if I have a little bit of a stomach ach. Also it relaxes me and helps me have great night sleeps. I'm going through hot flashes right now and I noticed I don't get them when I eat right and drink this b/f bed. Thank you ActivatedYou for creating this.

It doesn't taste bad which is great! I am still trying to make a daily habit of it cause I have missed days. When I do take it though I notice I don't have acid reflux like normal and I am able to walk around feeling less bloated!!
