Email communication was a little sketchy at the start, but it got sorted out and my rebounder arrived in a good time frame. Thankful to see a company that still ships to Canada.

My rebounder arrived with a bunch of markings / smudges/ scrapes on the white frame. Customer service isn’t great as they take forever to reply to concerns. To rectify things with my rebounder not being in new perfect condition they offered me a bar at a discounted price which arrived and was a horrible pain to connect and since using it I have not been satisfied as the bar is pretty awful. Wobbly and very cheaply made bendy. Overall not super impressed with the product or company but the rebounder is great for jumping and I really wanted a white one and this was the only company with a white rebounder so that’s why I chose them.

Bunjy cords break way to often

a little disappointed in how a request was handled after our purchase and feel it could have been handled better.

Shipped the wrong boxes, and the ones we received have yet to be picked up.
