On September 1st I received defective product (mat was damaged in one spot) I took a picture and sent the email to the customer service It’s September 27th and they are still reviewing my email unbelievable If I paid for the rebounder around 600CAD I really want to receive undamaged product! customer service is useless!

Would have been more acceptable if you had waived the restocking fee given that you did not specify that it only fit what Acon defines as a 12' trampoline....
