The shipping was lightning-fast, kudos

The shipping was lightning-fast, kudos for that. But it got a nasty crack right at the corner by the top handle on its first flight! Seriously? What's the point of having luggage that can't handle the basics of being checked in? I'm not gonna lie, I'm pretty ticked off. Now I'm stuck wondering how this thing is gonna hold up for the rest of our trip.

The alley should be redesigned

The alley should be redesigned to allow passport, boarding pass to fit in slot on outside of wallet. Also add a slot for Nexsus or global entry cards on outside for ease of access.

I have always been a

I have always been a customer of Heys and expected the same quality that I'm used to. Unfortunately, when I purchased the Luxe 3 piece luggage set, both the 2 larger pieces broke during my travels. The extendable handle on both has malfunctioned and does not extend. Overall pretty disappointment as I had higher expectations for the quality. Will likely move to another brand.

Your customer service is very bad. That girl with whom I talk she was very rude and disrespectful. I think Mr. Shaikh stop looking on customer service. Business grow and people forget about customer service. If I was not traveling that time I'll return all the bags. This is 3rd time I have bad experience with your staff interaction. 2 times face to face and 1 time on the phone.
