No communication with customers

To be honest, my experience with the company wasn't great. I needed customer support several times, but unfortunately, I didn’t receive any replies. Also, most of the products on the website are unavailable or out of stock, which was really disappointing. I wish I could have chosen the color I wanted and purchased other items I liked, but they were all out of stock. Additionally, the shipping cost felt a bit high.

Contacted twice with a problem and still waiting.

Product was not as advertised

I sent an email last sept 28, 2026 for my concern with my pre order screen protector it has a damage but until now I haven't receive any feedback from your team I have been a loyal customer for 3yrs and always doing pre order and I even recommended this brand to my friends kindly reply to my email I have been sending multiple email checking if theres any progress with my concern but until now Oct 12 no email from your team Im very disappointed before you are replying now not anymore
