My complaint about the sales
My complaint about the sales process is this:
I didn't like the color, so I immediately sent a cancellation email, but the sales representative didn't respond in a timely manner.
The product was shipped a few days later.
After shipping, they said, "Cancellation is not possible because the product has already been shipped. "
If this is how you're going to operate, I think you shouldn't have a cancellation email.
