My complaint about the sales process is this: I didn't like the color, so I immediately sent a cancellation email, but the sales representative didn't respond in a timely manner. The product was shipped a few days later. After shipping, they said, "Cancellation is not possible because the product has already been shipped. " If this is how you're going to operate, I think you shouldn't have a cancellation email.

I deeply regret purchasing from UNIQ. I would not recommend them to any of my friends. After two weeks, they sent me a damaged iPhone case. I had to pay $20 to return it. Despite following up four times, they only refunded the cost of the case, not the return shipping fee—even though their policy states that return shipping fees for damaged items will be refunded.
