The item received to door step was as advertised and I'm happy with it. The delivery timeframe was long (up to 2 months) and I didn't have delivery timeline updates. However on emailing the support team I received replies on where my order was up to. Thank you

Whilst the product quality is amazing along with the price of the product and shipping - customer service is lacking by not answering emails. Product is amazing ! Don’t get me wrong but updates would be greatly appreciated
