Service was prompt, however, I would have liked more updates on dispatch dates.

Took a little time to hear from delivery team after order placed. All good from there.

Need to improve delivery communications. If I had not called twice I would not have known what was happening.

Not a great experience, replies took too long, initially no invoice was sent. Communication was too slow and not on par with what customer service is. I sent another email January regarding a fault the table came with - no reply.
