Ordered 8/10/21 and not delivered

Ordered 8/10/21 and not delivered until 9/4/21 with very little tracking info available. They did reply to my emails fairly quickly but couldn't offer any more information. (Granted, Hurricane Ida did severely impact the Gulf Coast and the Northeast during that time frame, so that could have affected the delivery time). I'm very glad to see they have removed the "shipping in 1-2 business days" banner from their website. More importantly, when my package finally arrived the cardboard box was not sealed with tape or anything, but the tab was tucked into the slot. That wouldn't be a big deal except that the inner plastic bag containing the masks was not sealed all the way. There's no way to know if the masks were tampered with. They look okay, but it's unsettling to not know if they've been touched. I've previously ordered other AccuMed products, from both their website and Amazon, without any issues. So this fiasco was unexpected and disappointing.

Have had good experiences until last product ordered the kn95 cup mask and am unhappy with the quality. Accumed shouldn't be selling this. They were quite expensive and wasted my money.
