The masks I received are

The masks I received are different from what is shown on your website and what is shown on other websites selling your product -- (and curiously, this listing was even temporarily gone when I went back to confirm). What is shown has a SMOOTH exterior. What I received has a PITTED exterior that is clearly not the same material shown on the websites. I'm kind of afraid to use these now, wondering if they are actually the N95 quality claimed. I emailed Customer Service over 9 days ago and have received no response.

If you purchase 2 day FedEx shipping this does not include weekends as Accumed only sends FedEx shipments with a weekday delivery.

The previous comment was not related to my Accumed order. I also had some bad luck with my Amazon mask order for 3M N95 masks. My order #000919235 arrived in the mail, Thursday, August 19. First, in my email, Aug 16, 2021, 12:30 PM CDT, I had communicated that I wanted this order cancelled. The response I received, Aug 16, 2021, 1:23 PM CDT, was that my order had been filled & just shipped. I thought, oh well, I will still use them. Second, I did not receive what I ordered, which was a 5-Pack of Accumed KN95 BLACK Particulate Filtering Protective Masks (Earloop). I received headband masks (& the KN95 specification is not mentioned anywhere on the package). I am not okay with this substitution. I very specifically wanted earloop masks. In this instance, I feel you shd cover the return ship cost & issue a refund. I await your response.
