Great shoe , shame about the support :(

I ordered a pair of loafers from the outlet, they were small and exchanged them for a bigger size. Unboxing the new pair I noticed the upper leather badly marked, this was obviously due to the way the shoes are arranged inside the bag, heel against toe, as they travel they move inside the box and scratch each other. The customer service offered me a new pair, I agreed but asked not to arrange the shoes heels against upper. Today I received the new pair, and again they are badly marked because the are squeezed inside a bad and they rub against each other, so now I have two pair, new, and scratched. Very bad experience.

BEWARE - Purchased the Scott wolf suede loafer. Sizing was off, exchanged the pair costing $145 in return shipping (US) - received 2nd pair, to my disappointment the color was dyed entirely different (DARK grey, unlike lighter "wolf" color first pair). No response when I asked to exchange the shoes for a proper pair. Had high hopes for the price tag and company, unfortunate they don't meet claimed expectations

Where are my shoes?

Ordered 2 pairs of shoes in the sale. Still no sign of them. Emailed for help. Asked to check the tracking, which I’d done several times before the email for help. Still no response. Not sure you’ll like this review but here it is. Very disappointing customer service. Unlikely to be buying again.
