shipping took much too long. now i would like to change my order, but haven`t heard from you since last friday! i wrote several emails, but you never replied! i purchased a pair of DUKE SOHO ANTHRACITE LOAFER in uk9 and would like to have the DUKE SOHO MARRACA LOAFER in uk10 instead. please contact me asap, because i`m leaving the country after christmas for 2 weeks and would like to send the shoes back before.

Made an order on 3rd Dec 2019. The items should have been couriered and received within 2-3 days from order date. I was planning to wear new shoes during the holiday season. I tried following up and one of D&D reps responded and reconfirmed on the 7th that I will be getting them soon and the delay was due to the sale season Traffic. Till date (14th Dec) I haven't receive them. I followed up again with the same person but no response!!! Totally unprofessional and disappointing!

Difficult to give feedback on the products when I haven’t received them or had any delivery updates, 2 weeks from the order date. They look good in the photos though!

Shoes never received

Not comfortable for a wide foot. The sole is nice and quality, but the top strap made of velvet is too tightly sewn into the sole and doesn’t have any give when walking which results in painful pinching to the top of your foot. Can’t wear them at all and the very short 14 day “from ordering” return period didn’t allow me to get my money back since they arrived 5 days later and then I was traveling at the time they were delivered so I literally had only 2 days to send them back once I realized they weren’t right. Waste of money.
