Los zapatos que pedí llegaron rápido pero nunca me informaron sobre los aranceles que pagaría en México. llegaron más chicos no me quedaron (TOO SMALL) solicite el cambio me pidieron pagar por una etiqueta de devolucion y sigo esperando que la envien.

I wear 10 in every other brand and these were small for the size. Was difficult getting an agreement for a refund.

Out of the bleu I receive a message from DHL I need to pay €67,50 (40%) of import tax on top of the purchase price. On top of that I receive a shocking response upon my complaint from D+D, that they knew but didn’t bother to tell me and that on the basis of the T&C’s it’s my problem and not D&D’s! I would have expected and appreciated if D+D would have specifically notified me and would have pre-calculated the import taxes for me. To be honest I feel tricked in to purchasing your product on the basis of a clause hidden in the T&C’s. You are basically telling me, D+D knew, but felt safely covered by there T&Cs and you don’t care that this financially hurts your customers. This is a very poor way of doing business and extremely customer unfriendly. I expect D+D to solve this by taking the shoes back and returning me my money.
