took 3 months to arrive and was originally meant to be a gift for a friend

Wasn’t able to return my shoes for a refund. Also had to send about 3 emails just to get the returns label to exchange them for another pair. And had to pay £10 for the privilege. Sports Direct have a less start arsey returns policy than these guys. Utterly ridiculous.

I ordered shoes. I received the correct box with the wrong shoe and size in it. Almost 3 weeks ago and I still don't have the right pair. Must send back the wrong pair first. Received the return form yesterday
