BEYOND TERRIBLE SERVICE!

I’ve never experience such terrible customer service! Have been waiting for mover than 2 weeks for a response regarding exchange/return and have only received auto generated responses from Duke & Dexter. What’s the story?!

Couldnt get a reply from Duke after delivery issue

The shoes did not arrive (due to Evri courier error), however I then spent two weeks trying to get a reply from Duke on how to resolve the issue and have still not hard back - currently dont have the shoes and also out of pocket. Really poor customer service!

Worse purchase ever

So the suggested size wasnt right so i needed to return the shoes. To do so i asked for a return label on the 27th. They said it will ne ready in max 2 working days. Fast forward to the 4th, still didnt get any return label sent a promised. So i sent an e-mail to the customer service. In the website they said that mail inquiries will get a respond after 24h max. Fast forward to th 9th still didnt get any information. Couldnt send anything back and for returning you cant wait forever because of the deadline. So for me its a company that doent respect its customers.

More than 2 weeks and still not received my loafers

Ordered loafers more than 2 weeks ago and still not received them. I wanted to wear them with Christmas or new years unfortunately I couldn’t because they are still not here.

Long shipping plus unexpected customs

More than two weeks after, still haven’t receive my shoes and to receive them i have to add extra 82€ because of customs the brand didn’t warn me about. Final result: the money i was supposed to save for my shoes on sale i have to give it away.
