Poor service for sale items

It wasn't clear that for items on sale the purchaser is responsible for arranging returns and that refunds are not provided, rather credits made to accounts

They don't tell you about the 33% import taxes. Don't order.

Again I was charged an additional 33% for import taxes which your system did not account for or even gave a hint about. I guess you just want to make a deal and do not care about repeat customers from the EU. Well this was my last pair of D+D shoes and those who ask me about them in my chalet I will surely not suggest the brand let alone suggest to order them. That was it. Especially after one of your helpline agents basically said "hey read the fine print, that's on you!"

Return label that never arrives

A week ago I asked for a size change and they told me it took 2 days to create. After a week I'm still waiting for the label and it seems like I'm going to lose the money to buy the shoes.

Lack of response

E mailed multiple times no response . I have bought 4 pairs recently and was happy and thought I found a great company. But alas service slipped . Thought it was too good to be true and I was correct . Shame

Missinformation

It is not fair that you do not state very clearly - any kind of reminder/banner during the purchase or the payment - that you are only showing a final price for your country, and not for the EU countries, where -if you want to get your parcel once paid - you have to pay more taxes and the custom clearance fee. That does not depend on you, but it is not acceptable that you do not mention it clearly enough to decide if thde price is right or not for the customer.
